In the midst of one of my most challenging weeks this year, this piece emerged as a visceral expression of my struggles and the overwhelming sense of hopelessness. Juggling school, personal battles, and witnessing the turmoil in Gaza, I found it difficult to focus. Building on themes from my previous work, it delves into the oblivion of ignorance shielded by childhood innocence, extending to reflect my current perspective as a young adult navigating life's relentless cycle of progress and setbacks. Symbolic elements, such as the recurring number 222, white flags, a deceptive hose, a doubtful fire extinguisher, and the presence of a fawn and lamb, collectively question the potential for positive change amidst the chaos.
